We offer an exchange within the first 7 days of receiving your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your package was delivered, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.

REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE GIVEN AS STORE CREDIT!

Eligibility for Exchanges

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.

  • ABSOLUTELY NO DESTASH, DISCOUNT, OR ON SALE ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED! 
    NO EXCEPTIONS 

 

Return Process 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
**Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping fees for returned merchandise. 

 

Please note: All authentic cowhide products are subject to cosmetic flaws. This can include but is NOT limited to; holes, scrapes, coloration defects, small patches of hair missing. Remember, these are real, natural hides. They came off a live animal and were skinned. They are not factory made and therefore will not be perfect. Any hides marked “craft quality” will be exactly that- craft quality. They have missing hair, excessive holes, or more than the typical number of defects. Buy at your own discretion.
